The Law Platfrom celebrates a legal mind every first day of each month
***********************************************************************************
Our Star is passionate lover of the law. Since his call to the Bar some twenty-two years ago, our Star has lived his life in the law in the practice of the law, academia and on the Bench. Our Star stands out as a reliable mind in Ghana's petroleum regulatory regime. He proudly holds a doctoral degree at the University of Aberdeen where his research focused mainly on Ghana's petroloeum law.
Our Star is an active academic. Away from profuse and useful judicial writings, our Star dedicates his time to the production of legal scholarship and teaching from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), his alma mater, Presyterian University, and others.
Aside his well versed knowledge in petroleum law, our Star's interest also lies in medical law. After over a decade of quality judicial output on the High Court Bench, Our Star in 2025 was deservedly appointed to the Court of Appeal Bench where he continues to pour out himself through his rich judgments.
The Law Platform celebrates the prolific, diligent and brainy Justice of the Court of Appeal, His Lordship Justice Dr. Richmond Osei-Hwere.
